Back in 2013, I traveled to Franklin, North Carolina, one of my family’s homesteads. There, I uncovered a plethora of stories about the people who lived there. Franklin, a small town nestled in the Appalachian Mountains, was full of vibrant people, businesses, and events. My hope is that this site will introduce you to these amazing people and some of the town’s lesser known stories.
